This policy explains what personal information CF Composites Ltd collects through this website, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.

CF Composites Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 11564848. What we collect

When you send an enquiry through the form on this website, we collect:

• your name, company, email address and telephone number
• the description of the part or project you send us
• any file you attach, such as a drawing, a CAD file or a photograph

We do not ask for any other personal information, and we do not use this website to track you or build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry, to prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have separately asked us to.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and the enquiry form. They process information only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, runs the enquiry form, stores any files you attach, and protects the form against spam
• Brevo, which delivers the email notifying us of your enquiry
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces used on the site. Loading them means your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it to the standard UK data protection law expects.

How long we keep it

Files attached to an enquiry are kept for [period to confirm, for example 12 months] and then deleted. Enquiry emails are kept for [period to confirm], or for as long as we need them if the enquiry leads to work.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be passed to someone else. To use any of these rights, email info@cfcompositesltd.com.
